My name is Mary and Mary's Sweet Shoppe is something that I dreamt up while in graduate school. I have always had an entrepreneurial heart, always trying to find some way to keep myself busy. I grew up baking with my mom and developing a passion for it. While in graduate school I started experimenting with cookie and icing recipes and giving them out to my friends. Those girls were always so encouraging and gave me the courage to go for it once I moved back home to East Bernard, Texas. Since then it has been a whirlwind and truly a labor of love.
