I have a one dozen minimum for regular sized custom cookies and a two dozen minimum for mini custom cookies. After that, the amount is up to you! I do not individually package the cookies but that can be added on. My pricing guideline is listed below and is based off the extent of details wanted. Please note- I do run under Texas Food Cottage Laws and cannot ship.
